RACHEL GILSTRAP

Hi, I’m Rachel. I have worked for the Department of Community Health under the Healthcare Facility Regulation Division for almost 29 years. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to serving others and ensuring the well-being of communities. Helping underprivileged children has always been important to me because I believe that a child's circumstances should never determine their future. I am passionate about encouraging young people to believe in themselves, pursue their dreams, and recognize the value they bring to the world.

I want to work in a nonprofit organization where I can contribute my time, skills, and compassion to support children who need guidance, resources, and opportunities to succeed. Seeing young people grow, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals is incredibly rewarding. My goal is to be part of an organization that makes a real difference by providing hope, support, and opportunities that help children build a better future for themselves and their communities.
